Hello,
we have a problem with CRM add-in for Outlook, when we try to Track / Set regarding to opportunity "test company", first email called "Tracking test" is tracked and we can see it as an activity in CRM, when we take a look on response to the first email called "tracking test", there is no information at the bottom of tracking or regarding to Opportunity "Test company" as we set, but we can see the response in CRM as an activity, but the problem is if we answer on this response, email is not tracked in CRM and we get "Sync issue" in Outlook called "Modification resolution" there is log:
We are using CRM 2015 on-premise with server-side sync (Exchange server)
