while generating Auto Report the above error is getting kindly help me out from this issue

Hi,

Have you deployed the report correctly. Please check again, also you can try with Full application compile and sync followed by Full CIL .

Hi

1. Has the AX reporting extensions installed in the SSRS server?

2. Validate settings in report server form got the success message.

3. check the SSRS execution account and business connector account is configured with proper user rights and Restart the SSRS service and refresh the WCF settings as well.

4. Then try Full CIL.

5. Keep Full Application compilation as the last step in your troubleshooting.

Hi Rudra,

Thank you for your valuable Suggestions after doing above all what you have mentioned it is not generating . but the error is not getting. it is showing like below one

infolog:

The report is empty. No information exists for the item.

Could i get more information about this issue?

Hi Santhosh,

The same issue even i got in my one of AX environments, i just solved this issue by checking report server configuration manager execution account, ssrs service account and the business connector account in the AX to be the same account with the full rights in the report server url browser to fetch the data's to the report.

My problem is i am not able to Generate The auto Report for all of my clients.. is there any package issue or why that option is available for AX2012 ?

Dear All,

Microsoft has been released hot fix for the same.

Cause:

This was because the change in CU8 from Visual Studio 2010 development tools to Visual Studio 2013 development tools required updates to certain client assemblies to work with the new version of Report Viewer. For auto reports, a few assemblies were missed in the Client patch

Solution:

The kernel hotfix for the Autoreport issue has been released. It should be available for download from LCS by Thursday 19 March 2015. (In the future you can use the following link:

fix.lcs.dynamics.com/.../Index and type in the KB number: 3047627)
