How to identify if Mobile Phone or Business Phone field is tap to open Phone activity form

On contact form we have phone fields (Mobile and Business). In UCI, there is tiny button beside each phone field that opens Phone Call activity form once we tap that button.

Now the issue is the Phone Number field at Phone Call activity don't capture the phone number either it is opened by tap on Mobile Phone or Business Phone field.

Anyone have to identify by tap on which phone field (Mobile or Business) the phone call activity form is opened so that the phone number field is auto populate.So far on phone call activity form, we tried JS to capture the business phone only. But it can't identify if really business phone field was tap or Mobile Phone field.

Other idea was to use field napping but this feature is not available.

Hi partner,

Unfortunately it is by design.

I found that the phone icon button is an unified class icon, so we could not identify business phone or phone by this icon.

Here are 2 ways to refer to.

1.Create JS code on phone and business phone field onchange event, this code will open phone call quick create form automatically and populate the phone number and phone kind to form.

2.Manually store the phone kind when you creating phone call activities.
