Hi everyone!

I'm using a trial account of CRM Online and I keep getting this message no matter where I send the email.

I've tried both a workflow and out of the box activity and I don't receive the email.

Does anyone know why this happens and how can I fix it ?

    Hi Shak,

    You will need to configure your CRM instance for email. In your case you will need a trail version of Office 365 also and configure CRM to connect to that.

    An alternative would be to install the Outlook Client and use that

    I have configured correctly the CRM instance with exchange online but still it won't work. No matter where I send the email I always get this error message. If I choose to try send it again it works.

    Remote Server returned '550 5.7.501 Access denied, spam abuse detected. For more information please go to go.microsoft.com/fwlink;

    It doesn't matter what the body or subject it , I always get this.

    that sounds like a problem with your office 365/exhange rather than CRM. It seems to be a common 365 problem community.office365.com/.../440138

    Apologies for bumping an old post.  I'm having the exact same issue regardless of the destination email address

    Did you manage to resolve this?
