Is it possible to install the Dynamics GP Web Components on a server running Windows Server 2012 R2 Essentials?

Hi Hugh,
On page 35 of the Web Components Installation and Administration guide that I download from Microsoft it lists supported Server operating systems as:
Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2
Microsoft Windows Server 2012
Microsoft Windows Server 2012 R2
No other server operating systems are listed.
Therefore my guess is that even if you do manage to get it installed in will not be in a supported configuration.
