For one of our yearly events we are using the event portal so people can register and manage their registration themselves. We are going to send out an invitation to our contacts with a link to the event portal and are using customer journeys to anticipate on the contact opening, clicking and registering for the event. However, we would also like to see a list of contacts that have clicked on the "register here" button in the email, visited the event portal but never submitted the registration form, so we can send them a seperate reminder for completing the registration process. I tried to make a behavioral customer journey for contacts that clicked the specific "register" button but have no event registration record, but I was not able to make it work.
Could anyone help me with creating a customer journey or segment for this specific query? Thanking you in advance!
