Substitute not getting an email when approval is delegated

Hello,

User Approval Setup has been defined as below:

User 1 is sending a Purchase Quote for Approval, an email is sent to User 2 requesting approval. My problem is that if the approval is delegated, User 3 isn't getting an email.

The response for the "an approval request is delegated" event is "Send approval request for the record and create a notification."

and User 3 Notification Setup is

Does anybody know why User 3 isnt getting an email?

Hello,

If you substitute approver ID's with each other, does it work to rule out SMTP issues.
