Hi,
We would like to save every customer invoice, as it gets created by D365FO invoice automation batch, somewhere to the file system (local or oncloud).Today, invoice are sent by email to customer from D365FO using customer specific print management settings (different designs for some). So the above ask has to be on top of this setting.Is there an additional print management setting that could work here or do we need to look into custom development solution?Any suggestions are appreciated.

Couldn't you use print archive for that?
Hi Alex,
Next to the print archive, you can also consider having a CC or BCC to an internal email address. Then you can save it in an email folder or use e.g. Power Automate to grab the attachment and save it on a file system.
Does "send to BLOB" appear in your Print settings?
