SELF HOSTED CSU INSTALLATION- COMMERCE URL FAILING WITH ERROR "Invalid configuration key format"

hi, I just deployed a new VM and was following the steps mentioned in this document : https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/commerce/dev-itpro/install-csu-dev-env

I created a NonExternal VM connectivity in channel profiles of the format- "https://<HostName>:446/RetailServer/Commerce."

I ran full sync and did all the steps mentioned but when I browse the commerce URL - I get the following error :

Due to this error I am not able to proceed further, any idea where and which config file needs to be updated?
