How do I view & edit the auto-email quote follow-up email Templates in NAV when filling in the "follow-up code" fields?

    Hello,

    Is this related to a partner customization or could you please provide some repro steps where to find these two fields in standard CRONUS company / standard?

    Note that Dynamics NAV 2017 went out of support.

    I have looked high and low for these fields within NAV and cannot find this. This leads me to a customization from your Partner your company asked for. Please connect with them.

    Hi, As mentioned by several experts above, these two fields does not appear to be in the NAV 2017 standard features, which looks like it is used in the CRM.

    If you can provide the Page ID, we may investigate more accurately.
