I want to customize the System View 'All Accounts' and add any column. But I don't have any option to add a column or change anything. What's the problem here? I'm a System Administrator.

Hello Hannes,
You're in the right screen but, something is being hidden from you.
The actions to add/modify columns and the query are in a toolbar on the right side of the window, next to the preview of the grid.
Make your window a little bigger (drag it to the right, or maximize) and you'll see the toolbar appears on the right.
