Hi All,

When I try to insert email template in new email form, the template body doesn't appear always but subject appears always. There is no such issue with Firefox or Chrome.

The CRM version is 6.1.2.112 and browser version is IE11.

Is this issue fixed in any latest rollups ?

Hi Dinesh,

Have you installed windows update KB3008923 (IE11 fix), if yes please uninstall it and try again.

Thanks for the information. But I figured out that the KB was KB2929437 instead of the one you suggested. I am on Windows 7 32 bit machine.

Dinesh, I was in an assumption that you were using a 64bit machine. Both the updates are same. One is for 64bit and the other for 32bit machine.
