D365FO data entity import failing when number of records in file exceeds a certain number

Hi All,
 
We are facing an issue in our dev box with data entity import.
Import works completely fine when file size in below 225 records and fails with below error message when greater.
 
We are excel file for our import.
Any information on why we have this behaviour?
 
Please let me know if any further information is required.
