Has anyone else been experiencing deliverability issues via Dynamics. We've had a lot of customers saying they haven't been receiving event/webinar reminder emails, doing a bit of digging into the Dynamics sender IP and it seems they fluctuate pretty wildly, with these being the worst:
Went as low as 66 at beginning of the year - and has 'Medium' number of complaints.
From previous experience of managing a dedicated IP address anything below 99 concerns me. And anything but low complaints, 0 spam traps etc is also a cause for concern. It doesn't seem they have been added to any RTBL as yet, but feel is only matter of time.
I've asked our admin to investigate getting a dedicated sender IP but no idea of costs involved with that.
