Hi All,

I created a credit note for a particular sales order in dynamics ax 2012. When I preview the note under the print/preview coloumn in invoice journal for the particular customer I can see the the RMA and IMEA number clearly. However, when I save the credit note as a pdf document the RMA and IMEA are blocked.

Is there a solution for this?

Thanks

    Hi Krihsnaji Shukla,

    What does 'blocked' mean exactly?

Does it mean that those numbers are not visible?

I would recommend that you have a look at this with the help of a developer who can quickly tell you why those fields are not visible by checking the report design.

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

    Hi Ludwig,

Yes by blocked I mean they are partially invisible. Is there any other solution?

    Thanks

    Hi,

Partially invisible means that you can see only the beginning or ending part of the number, right?

This seems to be a report design issue.

Please talk with a developer to modify the field length in the report design.

There seems nothing that you can do from the AX user interface, meaning that you need some technical help.

    Best regards,

    Ludwig
