Use of Apply customer Entries and Apply Vendor Entries

I was checking the details of the customer and vendor in Cronus DB.
While opening form 232 and form 233 it throughs an error that Customer No. " does not exist, Vendor No. " does not exist.
Is there any other solution to solve this?
Help me in solving this error. What is the use of these forms and how it is useful?

    Ben,

    So it means that using Navision API I will not be able to send payments with a few allocations to Navision?

    Currently, I use the following endpoint to send payments: host:port/.../CRONUS Canada, Inc./Page/Payment_Journal

    But this endpoint allows sending a payment with allocation to one invoice.

    I thought that I can use ApplyCustomerEntries to assign Invoices to payment.

    But it is doesn't work (

    When you are in a Cash Receipt Journal/Deposit or Payment Journal those pages can be opened.  The Journal passes the Customer/Vendor No. to those screens so you only see the available entries your specific line could be applied against.  They are not designed to be opened directly.

    You can also open those screens from the Customer/Vendor Ledger Entries.  Again, the related Customer/Vendor No. would be passed to the page so you only see those entries.
