Hi,

After having printed the invoice (in a strange way) the lines of articles have disappeared. However, the invoice retains the original amount.

I'm sorry, my English is a bit bad, I'm trying to improve it.

Best Regards

Are you using any ISV or 3rd-party product to import the sales Orders in GP ? like Integration Manager or some process based on eConnect ?

This sound very strange and as Richard suggested, Running a checklinks would be a good idea. Take a backup of your Company DB first.

    Hi Bucher,

Both invoices are in the SOP10100 table, this ok. While in table SOP10200, only the detail lines of the invoice ''FAC0000144824'' with the columns in $ 0.000; the detail lines of the invoice ''FAC0000144824'' does not exist in this table.

    Hi Juan Carlos,

Was this invoice created based on a Sales Order ? or was it created directly as an Invoice ? in the case of the first one, It there a possibility that you printed the Sales Order (not the invoice) and then transfered into an invoice, but lack of Item stock, created a back-order and nothing to invoice ?

Please check the SOP10100 & SOP10200 tables in your GP company DB (if you have access to it).

I would run check links on the sales work tables. Maintenance->Check Links change the series to Sales and the select Sales Work and click Insert and the process. Perform a backup before doing this.

    Hi Kirk,

I can print the invoice including kit components. What do you mean by the second question?

    This is the original invoice:

The same user has this situation:

    Invoices have not been posted.

I agree with Richard that it should not do this but I have seen something similar before. Can you print the invoice and check the box to include kit components? Are there orphaned kit components on the printed invoice?

That is very odd. Can you repeat this? Do others have this problem? It should not do this.

    Hi Richard,

    Thanks for your quick response.

I did print the invoice and then the line detail disappeared.

Do not worry about your English. At least you admit it needs a little work.

Anyway, what do you mean by "in a strange way"? Did you print the invoice and then the line detail disappeared?

Did you delete the line detail and are wondering why there is still an order total at the bottom?

Should we be seeing line details on your invoice?
