Yellow line error on phone if phonecall of contact is set to "Donot Allow"

Hi Experts,

I know that we have this bug in crm 2016 , if contact is set to phone call "donotallow" & when a phone call is added we get below error:

does anyone has a bug number for this issue from MS?

I need to share with client as soon as possible so that it can be documented.

    open a support ticket to get with 100% certitude the right bug number.

    Hi Syed,

    No i dont have any script its a product bug in 2016 1.0.

    which might have been resolved in later updates. I wanted to check with anyone if there was any bug number from microsoft.

    Pls check your js on the phone call entity and look for the form notifications is set any.
