    Adolfo - Mahmoud's answer is a good one, and a nice tip for locating this information going forward.  It may not have been clear from his answer, or from documentation, that the Product and Series for this information isn't obvious:

    Product = Manufacturing

    Series = 3rd Party

    This is a hold over from when the manufacturing series was acquired.  So, here's a the list you were looking for.  The MO_ACTIVITY_REASON_I filed in the MOP10213 Table.

    1 Status Change

    2 Allocate

    3 Reverse Allocate

    4 Issue

    5 Reverse Issue

    6 Scrap

    7 Reverse Scrap

    8 Raw Material Relief

    9 Finished Goods Post

    10 Reverse Finished Good Post

    11 Close

    12 Complete

    13 Post Variance From WIP

    14 Labor Data Collection

    15 Machine Data Collection

    16 Outsourced Costs

    17 Scheduled

    18 Picklist Built

    19 Change Working Routing

    20 Financial Activity

    I have noticed that in the database, these values are stored as 31 to 50 in this order.

    Here is a case statement with the values for the MANUFACTUREORDERST field:

    case MOP10213.MANUFACTUREORDERST_I

         when 0 then 'invalid entry'

         when 1 then 'Quote/Estimate'

         when 2 then 'Open'

         when 3 then 'Released'

         when 4 then 'Hold'

         when 5 then 'Canceled'

         when 6 then 'Complete'

         when 7 then 'Partially Received'

         when 8 then 'Closed'

         else 'ERROR'

    End MO_Status

    Hello Adolfo

    Unfortunately, there is no 100% complete reference for this purpose. If you refer to Dynamics GP "Resource Description" on the following path "Microsoft Dynamics GP > Tools > Resource Description

    You can choose among three options:

    • Tables
    • Fields
    • Windows

    On the tables window, you can filter by all Dynamic GP series, and associated tables for each of the tables. Some fields have explicit definition, while a lot else still don't have full explanations. You can search by the tables physical, display or technical name, as shown below;

    Additionally, there is a common and widely used reference provided online by Ms. Victoria Yudin for the common fields in the various standard GP modules such as (POP, SOP, PM, RM, FA, GL and IV) You can check this reference on GP Tables

    As I can see from your example, you might be referring to Manufacturing tables and associated fields. you can provide any further specific inquiries so that we may provide possible assistance,

    your feedback is highly appreciated,
