Hi,

Can someone please help me

How to get list of Service Activities by Customer Id via Web API in CRM 365 online?

i can see Customer id is not in filter condition when i tried via CRM REST Builder

    The customers field on the service activity is a partylist datatype. This means that you'll need to link to the activityparty entity, and filter where the partyid is the id of the customer (account or contact) and participationtypemask

    = 11 (customer)
