Flow wont trigger on update of entity

I created a flow to trigger when a certain entity is updated or created. 

When I try and test the flow, I can not manually trigger it. I am a system admin in the environment and have the scope set to organization. 

Change Type: Create or Update

Table Name: Community

Scope: Organization

I also added a field to the column filter. I confirmed the field name is correct. When i test the flow and select manually trigger, I go into the environment and change the value in that field...but the flow wont trigger. 

I removed the column filter to be sure that isnt the problem, but it will still not run.

    Double check that you created the Flow in the same environment as your CRM instance (and not the default environment etc) in make.powerapps.com - environment selector is in the top right of the banner.

    Mehdi, It was not turned on. I checked the box, saved and published. I then closed all of my browsers and cleared my cache.

    Since this still did not work, i created another flow with the same trigger and still nothing.

    Should i update this box on all entities involved, even though the community entity is the trigger?

    Can you please check if the change tracking is enabled for your entity?
