MS Dynamics RMS 2.04 Pole Display Issue.

We have Logic Controls PD3900 a pole display
We have configured the Pole to work (via OPOS) within Store Ops Manager and can get it to display a Pole Message succesfully. But what we want is to display the last item scanned and its price.
So my question is: Right now in POS as items are entered it is diplaying the bin location and the price. We want it to display the item description and the price. How do I get it to display the item description. This is RMS 2.04.

    Hi there,

    Login to the Manager program, Go to File > Configuration > Options Tab > POS Options Folder, and unckeck the Show Bin Location on Pole Display box.

    I'm not sure if this is the problem, but its a start!
