Hi all,
I have a landing page marketing form on a website, and I would like to limit of buttons customers needs to press to get a whitepaper.
Therefore I was thinking, is there a way how to trigger a PDF download when customer presses "Submit" on the marketing form?

You can achieve it with adding JavaScript code into Marketing Form.
Please refer to the following documentation:

Or if you have inserted the form into a marketing page, a Redirect URL can be set for the page. It means that you have submit the marketing form on the page, it can jump to the URL you set. So you can set the Redirect URL as the download link you need.

Hi Nya,
I went with the second option. When the Submit button is clicked, it initiates the download. However, the "Thank you for your submission" does not display and the marketing form is shown as filled out, and the Submit button can't be triggered/pressed again.
Can you help me out with this?
