Restrict user for a menu Item

HI 

2 users having same role . 

one user access has to be revoked for a particular menu item 

how to do it ?

    If they have the same role, they have access to same menu items. If you want different users to access different things, then they must have different roles.

    Perhaps you should move this particular menu item to a different role, and provide that role only to one of your users.

    Hi Mohamed,

    Nikolaos is correct here. In AX2012, you need to separate between roles.

    In Microsoft Dynamics 365, there is an option to set 'Deny' options which will restrict access even when it is provided on another role. However, you then also need two roles to manage this requirement.
