We have recently started seeing the message /The type doesn't have default form/ on selected emails and in those case the Regarding pane/card does not display, although the data is definitely there. We have not changed anything and it only appears on some emails.
What type of entity is this tracked email regarding?
Is it a custom entity or a system standard entity?
As this email has been tracked into Dynamics 365 CRM.
You can view the entity record that this email is regarding in Dynamics 365 CRM.
