Deposit not cleared in BAnk reconciliation

Hi folks,

Please advise me on this issue. There is a deposit in 2015 that is not cleared yet. The amount is $0 but when I opened the deposit #, it shows 2 payments that were offset each other. Please help me clear it in the Bank Recon. window.

    Hi,

    I would first try to void the deposit. Then, I would enter two separate deposits and clear them both. That should result in the same number for your cleared transactions.
