Form Captures not Working

Hi All

Need some help figuring out what is wrong with the form captures I did.

I used the tracking code on our site and then pasted the form capture code that I got from the Marketing website on each landing page.

When I look at the forms per landing page I can see that it is tracking visits, but not submissions, I have done a few test submissions and it all only works fro one of the landing pages and not any of the others.

Any ideas?

Please refer to the following documentation to add the two attributes into your script.

Extend marketing forms using code (Dynamics 365 Marketing Developer Guide) | Microsoft Docs

It allows to change the behavior of the form capturing.
