How to auto generate an associated renewal opportunity when an opportunity is closed as won?

I am wondering what's the best practice to manage a subscription type of opportunity in the Dynamics Sales system.

When our sales agent closes an opportunity as Won, we would like the system to automatically create a renewal opportunity which includes the following

1. clone everything from the originating opportunity to a renewal opportunity

2. auto update the expected close date to the expiration date of the current subscription 

3. trigger a different opportunity sales process.  Because for a renewal opportunity, the sales process can be simpler than selling to a brand new customer. 

Can someone please guide me on how to achieve it?

a step by step guidance would be much appreciated, as we are pretty new to the system.

    Please try to achieve it with the following solution:

    Dynamics-365-Workflow-Tools/Clone Record.md at master · demianrasko/Dynamics-365-Workflow-Tools · GitHub

    You can download and import it into your environment, then you can clone the opportunity with workflow when its status is changed.

    After cloning the record, update the date fields in it.

    Hello Nya , thank you for the info.  I've imported it into my environment and added a new process called Clone Opportunity. see below screenshots

    the process has been activated. 

    Is there any further step besides this?

    because if now I open an opportunity and set it as Closed Won, nothing happens.  I assume I am missing some further steps here.  Can you kindly help me further?

    BTW, instead of automatically cloning an opportunity when it's Closed Won, is there a way to add a button to the toolbar of the Opportunity main form and click on it to manually clone the current opportunity?

    Sorry, I figured it out.  it didn't run successfully become I didn't set my test environment to allow background process.

    the auto clone opportunity is now running successfully.

    Nya   if I want to make it a manual process triggered when clicking on a command/icon/button on the menu bar,  can you help guide me how?  thanks !

    You can create the workflow as an on-demand workflow.
