Recently having rolled out our first lead scoring model, I was going through testing to confirm each condition/action pair was working as expected. It turns out the Email Forwarding was not. Opens and clicks are working just fine. Am I missing anything? I have tried with multiple leads without any success.
Was the Email Forwarded using the forward to friend link? Only emails forwarded using that link can be tracked.

cjanow3 From where did you get the second screenshot. Where can i see the actions for a lead that lead to the accumulation of lead score??
