Customer Voice - Submitted Response Triggers for follow ups

First time posting a question.
 
Trying to use a trigger in a Journey for a reminder follow up on a CV Survey but unable to find CV fields in a trigger even when responses have been received. The following error appears when trying to set up a trigger using;  Customer Voice Response Submitted and Customer Voice Survey Response Submitted fields.   Theses fields in the All Triggers view are showing a 'NotIntegrated' - can anyone advise what this means? Screenshot below.

    Until Microsoft enables proper integration, you have two viable options:
    Option 1: Use Dataverse trigger instead
    If your goal is to start a follow-up journey when a CV response arrives:
    Create a custom trigger based on Dataverse table changes:
    Table: msfp_surveyresponse
    Condition: Status = Submitted or Completed
    In Customer Insights – Journeys, use “Data change trigger” → When a record is created or updated.
    Add filter rules for specific surveys (e.g., msfp_surveyid.name = 'Customer Feedback Survey').
    This method tracks actual data changes, not Customer Voice events.
    Option 2: Use Power Automate as a bridge
    If you want to use the CV response in a more automated way:
    Create a Power Automate flow triggered by:
    When a Customer Voice survey response is received
    (from the Customer Voice connector)
    In the flow, call the Journey API (or Dataverse operation) to trigger your follow-up journey or email reminder.

    Thank you very much for your prompt response, we will definitely try Option 1 to start and see how that goes.  The integration between CV and CIJ hasn't been explained to us so that was the missing link.
