Trying to use a trigger in a Journey for a reminder follow up on a CV Survey but unable to find CV fields in a trigger even when responses have been received. The following error appears when trying to set up a trigger using; Customer Voice Response Submitted and Customer Voice Survey Response Submitted fields. Theses fields in the All Triggers view are showing a 'NotIntegrated' - can anyone advise what this means? Screenshot below.
