What are the steps to have a detailed AR Aging report from Smartlist where it will correctly show the aging buckets? I'm able to add the aging columns, but it looks like it's a summary by customer instead of detailing each individual invoice aging. I've tried Sales >> Customer, Sales >> Receivables, and Sales >> Sales Transactions and none of them are showing the correct aging detail.
I did some research and found this thread, but I'm confused as to how to set it up in SmartList Builder.

Hi Leslie,
Do you have a Smarlist for Detailed Aged TB with 7 aging buckets: Current, 0-30, 31-60, 61-90, 91-120, 121-180, 181+ ?
Thanks Leslie. It is helpful for me.
Cheers.
Leslie,
Thank you SO much. These SL are great! You save me so much time and headaches!
BDN, if you have not already, I suggest getting the file from Leslie and then marking the post as answered.
Have a great day!
Jim
Hi Irfan,
I will be happy to send this file to anyone who asks, but I need for you to send me an e-mail at leslievail@earthlink.net
I cannot monitor this post, and I want anyone who wants it to have a means to get it. I'd send it tonight (this morning) except I am not at the computer that holds the .xml file.
Please send me the e-mail, and I'll send it right away when I get back to the office tomorrow (today).
Kind regards,
Leslie
Hi Leslie,

Hi Jim,
I couldn't figure out the SmartList approach so I modified the canned historical aging report and exported it to excel that way.
Hi Richard,
I'm trying to get the same thing - AR Aging that I can dump into Excel. It this SmartList the best option? Or is there another way to get a Detailed Aged TB into Excel?
When you mention having two SmartList above, are you creating them in SLB? I've never known about linking SmartLists to each other. Any information you can provide is greatly appreciated.
Regards,
Jim
You need two Smart Lists. The first one shows all the open entries for a single client, sorted by age, with the amounts in the appropriate columns/buckets.
The second SmartList shows summary information for all clients. Each line shows totals per ageing bucket for one client.
Link the first SmartList to the second. By Customer ID, Now you can view the second one and see summary totals then click on one account and see the detailed transactions for that client.
