Business Portal - Make Users Sign In Every Time?

Trying to make sure my BP 6 install is as secure as possible for users. If a user goes to (sitename)/bp, they are directed to sign in using their credentials -great. If they sign out, but don't close that IE tab, or have other IE tabs open and go back into BP they are not prompted to sign in. If they sign in, close BP and all IE tabs, reopen BP they are prompted to sign back in. Obviously I'd like them to sign back in no matter what. Is that possible?

Solid point. Probably should have checked the old BP installation (v4 or v5) to realize it is the same behavior. Doh!

Hi,

The behavior you're reporting looks strange to me... My BP user never had to provide credentials to use the BP requisitions or Project accounting function (TS & EE report).. Microsoft only supports Internet Explorer to authenticate properly with BP and your IIS should be configured accordingly.

I don't see the benefit of asking for a second authentication if your users are already logged into their windows session, especially considering that the whole BP security is based on AD users ...
