I voided a sales doc by going into the sales module in GP but the sales still appears un-voided in the GL.
The RM20101 shows voided=1 but GL20000 shows voided=0

The voided flag in GL is for transactions directly voided in GL. Your journal should be correct.
When I run a report, I see 2 Journal Entries for the sale which is affecting the closing.
How do I fix it?
If I update the Voided status in the database to 1; would it work?
I am still needing assistance in resolving this issue.
Also, there is an * next to OPEN in Origin.
