disable last screen of dialogs - because it seems useless - it is possible?

Perhaps this has been answered before, but I did not see it in my search results. I am new to configuring/customizing CRM, so forgive me if I have missed a prior discussion on this topic.

The out-of-box "Dialog" feature is so great because it allows you to have dialogs without writing custom code or javascript. In our instance, we are trying to avoid that as much as possible to keep compatible with new versions and decrease the maintenance we have to do.

However, I find it really annoying that after the user fills out all the information on the first page, they are forced to go a second page, which is basically blank and says "This is the end of the dialog" and then click Finish. Is there any supported, out of box way to avoid this final step? The number of clicks is really critical for my customer.
