Managing Credit Holds for Multiple Legal Entities in one forum

Hi,

We have multiple legal entities but a central finance & credit team function. The central credit team manage the credit holds for all legal entities.

As it stands they need to go into each entity to review and manage the credit holds.

I was wondering if there was a way within D365 that the credit holds for multiple legal entities could be managed in one central forum/consolidated entity view?

Thanks

    Hi Umar,

The "All credit holds" and related forms will show credit holds across all legal entities. Unless you are talking about BC and not F&O.
In this example, I have forced a credit hold in the "USMF" legal entity, but the current legal entity is "USRT".

I have added the "Company" column to the grid for easier visibility.
