Can SharePoint Online Integration be set up for a folderless environment?

We would like to integrate Dynamics 365 to SharePoint Online, however, we do not want to use folders.  Instead we want to be able to save documents directly to our SP libraries.  Is this possible?

    Hi,

    I believe we can't as per the Server based integration SP online when you open the record to create or upload a document it will automatically create a folder -
