After install Dynamics 2016 on a new dev. environment i receive an error HTTP Error 401 - Unauthorized: Access is denied is a new installation

Have you checked the SPNs? Are they properly configured? If you set the CRMAppPool Account to Network Service does it work?
Hi,
Please check eventviewer to find out the details of this error. And also check the below link to check SPN entries to establish trust relationship between DB and APP server.

1.Your user and domain
2. Check App pool user.
Restart IIS it may fix your issue.
