Hello All ,
i have 15 store use d365 MPOS all store have order fulfilment page in MPOS all stores can access it without any issue
however one store every time i try to open fulfillment i receive attached message
fulfillment profile assigned to all store is the same

i checked the lcs environment monitoring and the same messages is appeared the new message is
Microsoft_Dynamics_Commerce_Runtime_Authentication Failed

also all other api activity is working fine on this store

Hi，only from the above screen shot, we did not figure out the root cause of the issue, you need do this:
If dev environment, please go to retail server event view log to find more details.
If Sandbox or production, please go to LCS, environment monitoring, retail channel event source, then you can find more details
