I have installed MR 2010 in windows 2008 R2 server. It was installed successfully. But, when I am trying to create a new company the source system not listing anything. has anyone addressed this issue. please help.

I found the reason. My MR version is not compatible with my GP version. Thanks for your suggestion

Can you suggest me how to run the configuration console for MR 2.0?

Thanks for your reply, In MR 2.0, how to run configuration console? In MR 2.2 it will be either open automatically or we open that from all programs. In MR 2.0 after installed the MR server the the configuration console is not opening.

Have you run the Configuration Console and configured an adapter to connect with Dynamics GP?
