We have a custom bespoke membership app/connector built for our CRM on Dynamics 365.

I am looking to change this so we are not tied into our partner. I want to see if there are out of box solution already developed that people are using from a big organisation that is stable and has future vision.

Not sure if Microsoft have anything like this already?

Sorry i mean membership module/entity.

It is a bespoke entity to handle the processing of memberships/subscriptions

There is no OOB solution available, take a look at the following solution on App Source:

Please note, Solutions available on AppSource are made by Microsoft Partners with best practices. These solutions are ready-to-use and easily customizable as per your needs.

You can also, seek a Partner's help to build a custom module on top of D365 platform.

However, opting for an AppSource solution is a better choice.
