is it possible to revive a configuration that is now in configuration archive?
our manufactured items are controlled by configurations & one of these has been moved to configuration archive. unfortunately at that time we still had one unit in stock in the very configuration that has been moved to archive.
AX now does not allow any transaction (we need to scrap the damaged unit via transfer or similar journal ) of the unit in stock with error message "The value 'XXXXX' in field 'Configuration' is not found in relating table 'Item configurations'."
What comes to my mind is only to bring the archived configuration back to configurations table.
is there a way ?
