Admin button missing in a Sandbox.

Login Dynamics CRM Online by system administrator account, but I cannot see the Admin button in my sandbox.

Can anybody shed some light on this?

    Hi Prashant,

    Thanks for replying. I appreciate your time for posting the screenshot for clarify.

    The Admin button that I mentioned is in the instance management page, instead of this screenshot.

    I have service administrator role. But I can not see the Admin button, which is supposed to switch Admin mode. Why?

    its not clear what you are not able to see, after you log in?

    Please check the below screenshots and specify whats not visible...
