Resolved an issue with "library not loaded" error, but the interface is different

Earlier today, my user was on Great Plains local installation when she told me that when trying to process payments, she got the "Library not loaded" error.

After following the steps  GP>Tools>Setup>System>Alt/Mod reports and forms steps, the error went away, but when clicking on Purchasing>Transaction Entry

The window looks different and while containing most of the required fields they need, looks very different, and the behavior is different as well, in that things do not autopopulate as they once did and a window that used to pop up, no longer does.

I have tried this on local machine, Terminal server, 3 different user including the "sa"

Great Plains 10

Windows patched were applied late in the week last week as well. Aside from that, no change.

Ideas?

I would recommend you go back to the Alt/Mod Reports and Forms window and check to see if you have more than one third party product that has modified the Transaction Entry window. If so, you will need to determine which of the windows your user was accustomed to see then set the security to that particular modified object.
