Get rid of Blue Arrow in Editable Sub Grid of CRM Form

Hello All,

I am very much new to CRM and currently working on CRM 2016.

I am seeing Blue Arrow beside the lookup field in my Editable Grid which redirects me to that particular record.

Is there any way to get rid of that Blue Arrow?

Kindly look at the image and provide me the solution if possible.

Thanks,

K.Desai

    Hi Desai,

Editable grid doesn't allow such customization capabilities yet. If the field type is lookup and is allowed for editing then it will show the blue error to open the record.

If you do not want to show the arrow then you can use the name field from the related lookup entity. For example if the lookup is account, then instead of using the account look, use the name field from the related account entity.  But this will restric the user's capability to update that field.

Editable grids are a new feature in Dynamics CRM/365.

Those blue arrows link to the record of the field which you are updating. From what I have seen, there is no way to remove them.
