Dear all,

On open statement list there is an option for time period with date period. But for some users not showing time period.

Any option for this ? (already on profile customization is appear).

Open statement List Time Option

Hi, it would be helpful if you could provide some screenshots.

If you are referring to the Bank Account Statement List, there is no Time Period field in it.

If this is a custom field, check if the user has permission for the extension, if not the field will be hidden.

It's on Open statement List as bellow.

But I was solved it by enable design for that user and add it to his page.
