Hi All,
I am unable to create activities in our customer Insights environment, it gives be the below alert and "Add Activity" button is greyed out.
"There aren’t any entities left for activities to use. To add activities, first import more entities with a date/time field.Go to data sources"
However, there is a Date time field available in our Data Sources. Please refer below screenshots for the reference:
Can anyone please help us resolve this.
Also can anyone help us in understanding how can we edit the customer card.

Hi there, from what you have shown it appears that you do not have an available entity to use to create an activity mapping. You must have an activity entity that has not been through the M3 process to create the mapping. Please ingest an activity entity and let me know if you still have issues. Thanks
