How to hide or overlay Microsoft POS window

Hi Guys,
 
I'm wondering whether there is a way to overlay or hide Microsoft POS app window? 
Our product is about sending emergency alerts so we normally overlay all other apps on the screen
However Microsoft POS seems to have a special feature that prevents our app from showing app on top of Microsoft POS
Please advise
