I've used SmartList Builder a few times, creating smartlists that I can use to run reports for others in the company. Now I want to make them seen by all.
I've followed the instructions about setting up security - created a Default User that all users are assigned to. I double- and triple- and quadrupled all the steps involved and it appears every user has been assigned to the Default User and the Default User has access to the new smartlists. But the only one able to see the smartlists is me! I'm listed as a power user - But I'm also the only one that has SmartList Builder installed on their computer.
Do I need to install SmartList Builder on every users desk in order for them to see new SmartLists?
We are running Dynamics GP 2010 SP3
