Dynamic CRM 2016 (on Premises) to Exchange 2016 (on Premises) not getting Sync

Dear Team,

Im not getting any mail even after I did Server-Side Sync. In Alert Im getting different errors

Can any one guide me how to configure Dynamic CRM 2016 (on Premises) to Exchange 2016 (on Premises) properly

Mailbox Nishanth Babu didn't synchronize appointments, contacts, and tasks due to an impersonation error in accessing the mailbox. The owner of the associated email server profile Exchange-CRM has been notified.

How did you setup the access to the mailboxes in Exchange? Are you using a single user with access to all email accounts or is each user entering their email address and password in crm to access their Exchange mailbox? Based on the error above it looks like you have one single account trying to impersonate the user to access the Exchange mailbox and that user doesn't have permission to the mailbox.

Credentials Specified in Email Server Profile. If you select this option, the credentials specified in the email server profile are used for sending or receiving email for the mailboxes of all users and queues associated with this profile. The credentials must have impersonation or delegation permissions on the mailboxes associated with profile. This option requires some configuration on the email server, for example, configuring impersonation rights on Exchange for the mailboxes associated with the profile.

You must have the app impersonation role in Exchange

You were right the problem was that all mailbox were accessed by one user. When I changed the user and password it worked.
