Hi all,
I've got a active cases view in Dynamics. I've created a new model-driven app with this view and added owner as a field to display in the view. The problem is that when intermittently when I go to cases and see the view. You can see the Owner value doesn't display. I then did a hard refresh and then it would display.
Is this a bug by Dynamics? I've also added custom icons to the grid view by using a javascript web resource and a switch condition.

Please clean the browser cache or change another browser.
Clearing the cache doesn't seem to fix the issue. I'm on Chrome 79.0.3945.88. Changed to Firefox and it seems to work but the preference for most people is Chrome. Not sure why it's doing this. Might try to reduce the width of the owner column.
This is not a bug, but a feature. It can be used anonymously. :)
My friend was doing a research paper writing task recently and I was giving him access to in Dynamics. He is far from being one of the good research paper writers and he needed my help. He used Dynamics, but I did not see it. I don’t know how to fix it. I just left it there.
